Botox® results typically last 3-4 months before the effects gradually wear off. Regular treatments may extend results over time. Low dosing will cause it to wear off more quickly. Dermal fillers last 6 months – 2 years depending on the type of filler, how much is injected and where it is injected. Biostimulator results can last up to 25 months.

Sculptra® is a bio stimulatory aesthetic injectable that helps stimulate your own natural collagen production to smooth facial wrinkles and improve skin tightness.
How many Sculptra® treatments are required: 2-3 session, 6-8 weeks apart.

Botox® and Dysport® results usually appear gradually within 2-7 days after treatment, with full effects visible after about 2 weeks. Filler results are immediate and continue to settle over 2-3 weeks.

Botox® is Health Canada-approved and has a long safety record when administered by qualified professionals. However, it is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women or those with certain neurological conditions.

Common side effects may include temporary bruising, swelling, or redness at injection sites. These typically resolve within a few days.

I recommend that you wait 2-3 weeks for a treatment to settle before judging the results. Touch ups can be done to a Botox® treatment. Dermal fillers can produce swelling that should resolve after 2 weeks. If necessary, dermal fillers can be dissolved in the office.
